If you have read The Lady and the Unicorn by Tracy Chevalier, you will probably enjoy a visit to this small museum. The tapestry is displayed on the upper floor but there is definitely other art worth looking at as you make your way to the top. Although you don't need to read the book to appreciate the tapestry, the two experiences can definitely enhance each other.

With its Roman baths on the lower levels and the mixture of various art-forms on the other levels, Moyen-Age is a unique and eclectic museum and well worth an hour or so of your time. It has the only real Roman remains worth viewing in Paris.

We visited the museum on a rainy morning and felt transported into another time. Every room had something interesting and beautiful to view. The Lady and the Unicorn tapestries in the final room was the icing on the cake. The Saint Stephen tapestries, the hand-crafted armor and shields, the lovely jewelry and so much more made our morning of exploring a real treat. The gift shop was superior to most. Highly recommended.

If you like medieval history and tapestries, go to this museum and relish the spectacular Lady and the Unicorn. Few tapestries in Europe match this enchanting collection.

Nice sized collection including paintings, stained glass, jewelry, books, furniture, some weapons, the Lady and the Unicorn tapestries, and some original statures from Notre Dame, all in an attractive building and with useful directional/wayfinding signage inside. Might not appeal to all, but if you like this sort of thing it's well worth the visit.
