i think i would have enjoyed the tower more if there was not so many people it was basically shoulder to shoulder. We went to the top and the views are amazing and so is the tower itself. We spent 30 Euros on 2 very crazy small glasses of Champange. I was expecting a lounge but its only a window to order it from. We had a better time at the bottom outside the tower grounds sitting on the grass with a bottle of wine. You are constantly bother by guys trying to sell you wine and trinkets but they leave pretty quickly if you say no. One thing to watch out for is that there are rats living in the bushes and they bolt out to steal food. kinda fun watching everyones reaction to seeing them if rats dont creep you out.

Great place to see. Took a tour and for an excellent experience. It was windy so I didn’t go to the top but my friends did. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to come and see the tower as it’s such an icon , although it was a lot smaller than I expected although still spectacular

We did this on our last day, and I was ready to be underwhelmed, thinking this was going to be the most touristy of all the things we were to do. We went on a Friday, with a pre-paid skip-the-line ticket with timed entrance for 11am. We ran late, arriving at 1130, but luckily, the timed entrance allows for a 30 minute grace window. We didn't get to skip much, as we still had to wait 30 minutes to get on the lift to the 2nd viewing deck, and then another 15 minutes to get the next lift to the top (no, we had no interest in climbing the stairs, as we were clocking 20k steps a day as it was). Once there at the top, omg. Really, no words to describe it, and posting a picture would be pointless, as you just have to see it. All-in, we spent 90 minutes at the monument, which seems pretty smooth, and met people from all over the world while chatting in the lines. We followed it with a nice walk through the park looking back at the monument and getting some great pictures. Take that one off the bucket list!
