Owner description: Located in this 18th-century hotel (Hotel Biron), Musee Rodin holds an impressive collection of works by this famous French sculptor and his circle as Camille Claudel. The museum also features an exquisit garden and a temporary exhibition hall.

I choose to buy a 6 day Museum pass and Museum Rodin is included. The museum is small but it is a great opoortuinity to see some very famous pieces. Some of them at the garden in open air.

I've always been a fan, but this first visit was mind-blowing. Touching a work of art is as important to me as the visual. Seeing the complexity and details of the Gates of Hell brought me to another dimension. Merci, Monsieur Rodin!

Rodin was a brilliant artist with a vast variety of work. I enjoyed having an outside area for viewing Rodin's bigger pieces such as the Gates of Hell and the Thinker. A manageable museum that only takes a half day. The outside cafe was average. Our lunch was disappointing so you may want to wait for lunch after the museum.

Musée Rodin has the essence of classic Paris rolled up in a manageable & inspiring setting. Art, architecture, gardens, and even a small, unpretentious food spot with good food - hidden away on the side garden. Strolling, relaxing & absorbing some of the best of it's ti,r - it's easy to see how Rodin could thrive in such an atmosphere.

After you've seen the Louvre & the Eiffel Tower, I recommend visiting Museé Rodin, a wonderful collection of Rodin's sculptures in a cool mansion and gardens. If you aren't an art history buff, you have definitely seen The Thinker or The Kiss. This is your chance to see the original and many more of Rodin's beautiful creations. Not your normal museum… a treat for anyone, children included.
