“Charming little find”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

We dropped into this charming bistro french venue and were pleased with service, food and atmosphere. I would describe it as typical French Bistro/restaurant and had a good range of menu choices which seemed to cater for those wanting something French as well as a less adventurous palate, but all really nice all the same.
Waiter was attentive without being to intrusive and was available to serve when needed. just the right balance. thanks for a nice evening.

Get there super early if you want a table - it's always packed. Great patio, friendly staff and cheap beers.

“A great place to eaves drop and people watch!”
Reviewed September 5, 2013 via mobile

Only indulged in post dinner cheese board and drinks here once during our stay, as there are so many places to explore! But it was free music night and the street was lined with musicians and bands of all ages and eras... there was a great buzz! The clientele at Le Zinc is a good mix of the not too young and still trendy, up to mid 40s. V friendly. We got chatting to a couple sat on the table next to us who were out for some after work Friday night drinks. The tables on the generously sized front are tightly packed... you can't help but join conversations going on all around. We loved it!

“Good local atmosphere”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

I had a fantastic salad with foie grad and chicken gizzard... My wife had a good burger.

Try going during happy hour and you will find tons of locals there.. It does get hot though during summer months

“Enjoy happy hour with the locals.”
Reviewed July 1, 2013

First up, I only enjoy drinks here, didn't stay around to order food.

We are staying very close to Le Zinc, so it was very hard to not be tempted by its inviting terrace everyday. With happy hour from 16-20hr, it is packed with locals taking advantage of the cheap beer and cocktails.

If you're looking to people watch, or enjoy a beverage surrounded by local Parisians, I highly recommend Le Zinc.

I also have it on good authority that they're burgers are pretty good too!

Tip, keep the ordering pretty safe. Mojitos weren't their strong suit.
