This place came highly recommended from an acquaintance who had lived in Paris for a month. It is nestled in an area of the city that has a lot of bars and hipsters everywhere. Dark and intimate inside, with a stage and piano. We don't speak much French, and figuring out the menu would have been awful if not for handy-dandy google translator (Chez Justine has free wi-fi). We ordered onglet de boeuf (the shallot butter on top was delicous!) and an awesome salad (had avocado, chicken, awesome bacon, blue cheese, pecans). The bar/restaurant across the street was pretty cool, too, and just around the corner is Cantada II (an awesome bar where you can get absinthe).
