We were upgraded from a grande deluxe room to a suite with high ceilings,a kitchenette off the sitting room withv comfortable sofa bed and a double bedded room with a walk in dressing room and large bathroom with bath and huge shower. There was also another loo.An exotic fruit plate welcomed us as well as a vase of lovely flowers. Our terrier was given a bed.Bearing in mind we were in central Paris and the Arc de Triomphe 5 mins walk away the suite was so spacious. The only downside was that it was a little dark as the hotel fronts onto a narrow street with a huge new hotel being constructed opposite-prob best to ask for a room at the back of the hotel. The parking is in the hotels own underground carpark. the indoor pool was lovely and we enjoyed using the steam room. my husband thought the gym good too.The concierge was excellent as I asked for a non touristy bistro with good French food and wine and his recommendation of Victor- a 5 min walk away was spot on.Breakfast was included in the price and was buffet style. We would definitely book again. Its also good to stay in something with a bit of soul which is not too big.

My son and I stayed here recently for four nights and it was really amazing. We had a grand deluxe room with a kitchenette and a good sized fridge. The bathroom had a cubicle shower and a big bath with a separate toilet around the corner. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the only fault was the air conditioning which was at its maximum and the room was still very hot, especially at night. Our room looked out onto a quiet street. On our first night at the hotel we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant, the choice we felt was limited and we did not enjoy the food but this was in complete contrast to the food we had at breakfast. At breakfast we had the cold fruit salad, toast and bread. There was also a choice of scrambled egg, bacon and sausage, cold ham yoghurts and cereals. The breakfasts are varied and there is plenty of choice too. The Concierges were really helpful in assisting us with our directions and to our choice of restaurants. I can recommend Paul Chene's restaurant which is close to the hotel but we did get a taxi to this restaurant. Please note it is a better idea to order your taxi as you are ready to leave the hotel, because if you order the taxi in advance it is more expensive! The swimming pool is very tranquil and extremely relaxing after a long day of sight seeing in Paris! It is a really beautiful swimming pool and the water was a great temperature to enjoy a swim in. You use your key card to access the lifts in the hotel and we never met anyone else in the lifts in the entire time we were there! The hotel is very close to the Arc de Triomphe, approxiametly five minutes walk away. The hotel receptionists were also very helpful. This is a lovely hotel and we would stay here again. I would definitely have stayed in for dinner again in the hotel but feel there is a need for a wider and varied choice for the dinner menu. Summing up, this is an excellent hotel and most importantly my bed was so comfortable in the hotel bedroom.

We just returned from a week stay at the wonderful and spacious Villa Majestic. As a regular trip advisor reviewer and traveler I am giving this hotel the highest ranking because it exceeded my expectations on every level. I figured staying in Paris would mean a small hotel if in the city or a large hotel chain but outside the city so going off a recommendation from someone in San Jose who stayed there a few times I booked the Majestic. It is a lovely hotel and very roomy.. We had a junior suite which you should undoubtedly request if a family. The girls (9 and 11) had the separate living area room, one in a very comfortable sleeper sofa and the other on a twin bed. We parents had our own king bed. There were 2 baths in the room.. one with the shower and bath and both with sinks and toilets. The closet was great and made unpacking our things perfect. The room was so clean and the beds plush. Jet lag wasn't much of an issue since the beds were so comfortable. Housekeeping was so respectful and really paid attention to detail in cleaning the rooms. Now let's talk about location,. you can't beat it.. Right next to Arc de Triumph.. it's a block away.. and also right next to the Metro - Kebler stop. We also could walk down Kebler to eat at many of the wonderful restaurants.. Le Kebler and Le Coq were the best. There is also a wonderful pastry shop on the left side of Kebler. You can easily walk to the Eiffel tower and the Champs de Elysse too.. though with kids the Champs wasn't really on our must see list. The great thing about the hotel also is their pool... Everyday after walking the city and see in the sights, museums, etc.. we all got our additional exercise and were completely refreshed by the 4 or 5 o clock swim in their indoor pool. The kids could shower at the pool/spa and we could be off to dinner in no time. The breakfast was great (it's complimentary I believe with the rate). The only issue with breakfast is that is was pretty much the same thing every day. The only issue I had and want to make note of is there is a new hotel The Penisula being built across the street. On weekdays construction starts at 8 ish. So ask for a room not facing that street. Other than that, the hotel was so great I wouldn't think of booking any other place and highly recommend it for a family who likes space, a great location, luxury and a pool!

Room Tip: Just ask for a room away from the hotel construction across street. And get a Jr Suite if a family...

We stayed at the Majestic for 7 days in early July and it was a very pleasant experience. We got free upgrade to the prestige suite. It was hugh, modern yet elegant. Staff were very nice and helpful. The metro station is one block away and all major attractions e.g. Eiffel Tower, Arc De triompe are within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We stay ten days at the Majestic with no real disappointments except a couple things. First it takes twice to remind the housekeeping about some defect in the room. Second the concierge give us wrong informations about store opening hours. Besides these we were happy with everything else especially we were on a private floor which made it really special for nobody else share the floor with us. The hotel is very clean, on a good location and all the staffs are super nice to us. It is one quite hotel with all the basic five stars place facilities. We like the free WiFi, small kitchen in the room and able to sit on our private terrace watch the sun goes down and the light on the Eiffel Tower come on. One cannot find the feel of Majestic in any big name hotel, we will certainly return!

I stayed here with my mother and my toddler. While I am a left-bank girl, I was keen to show my mom some right bank sights and so split our trip between a few hotels. Our experience here was fantastic for many reasons, but I must mention first and foremost the staff. Every person we had contact with was lovely. So thanks to all of them, and a note to readers to expect terrific service at this hotel. The location is handy walking to several R-bank sights: Palais Tokyo, trocadero, champs élysées, Marc monceau, etc. it is on a quiet side street near a lovely little park and nice neighborhood restaurants. The food, both room service and breakfast in the restaurant, was very good. The pool is really nicely done and provides some needed respite after a long day walking. It is unusual to find such a feature in a Paris hotel. The public areas are lovely, and we appreciated the games/ play room for the little one. Finally, our room was enormous, with easily enough space for all of us to be together and apart. The bathroom is perhaps a bit old fashioned, but big, clean, nicely appointed and comfortable.
I would have put this hotel on my list of Return-to hotels regardless, but the way my little daughter was treated makes it a sure thing, as everyone was so friendly to her and patient with her. Seriously, what fancy hotels have a packet of apple purée for your one year old at the door on arrival?! It was a lovely experience all around.
