We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in Paris. The staff was so kind and warm. Rooms were nicely decorated, very clean, bright with high ceilings. I liked it, esp. after reading all 'small room' comments about Paris hotels. We had plenty of empty spaces in the room.
Breakfast was well served with various kinds of food. Location was great; 5 minutes walk to both Saint-Georges or Pigalle metro stations (et alors Moulin Rouge) Max 15 minutes walk to Sacre-Coeur and all the cafes around Montmartre. There were supermarches, restaurants, pharmacies... around the hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Room Tip: we stayed in room 602 at the sixth floor. we didn't have a balcony but we had large windows looking the roofs of Montmartre buildings. Our room had really high ceilings which gave room bright, fresh air.

Very happy in general with our stay in Hotel Joyce. Staff were attentive and helpful from the beginning and the breakfasts were of a decent standard. The cute double room my wife and I stayed in was very romantic for the four days we were in Paris.

We were upgraded to the only suite in the hotel (#606) and it was perfect from the word go. Evening reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The suite consisted of a living room, double bedroom, shower-bath and separate toilet. All the rooms were spacious and there were 2 decent-sized flat-screen TVs! The bed was truly a revelation- probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept on and that's compared to those in 5 star hotels! Being on the top floor, the suite had lovely views across the city and was surprisingly quiet (considering how central it was). Buffet breakfast was in a bright funky dining area and offered a choice of 3 types of cereal, eggs, pastries, fruit and yogurt. Admittedly not the best spread we've had but then again it was pretty good value for the price we had paid. Morning (kitchen and reception) staff were again very accommodating and pandered to guests' requests including replenishing our mugs of fresh coffee. In short, our hotel stay ticked all the boxes- central location, spacious quiet room, lovely bed, helpful and friendly staff and a decent buffet breakfast.

Room Tip: top floor back room are quieter

Stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday, the location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk away from Galeries Lafayette shopping centre and also numerous top quality shops and restaurants in and around Montemartre.
It''s worth noting that we stayed during their summer bank holiday in mid August which meant that many local restaurants were closed for the week, however, there were still plenty of fine restaurants open for business. Discovering Rue de Martyrs, a market street not far from Hotel Joyce, was one of the major highlights for us on this trip as it had a wealth of cafes, high quality shops and restaurants right on the hotel's doorstep (almost)!
The Metro station at Saint-Georges was just around the corner from the hotel and the staff were more than happy to help point us in the right direction during our stay, including handing out free Paris/Metro maps. The free wifi was invaluable as it enabled us to research places to visit, read reviews etc. after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel room was clean, quiet, spacious and well equiped (the free room safe was very useful). Breakfast was served between 7am and 10am, continental style with plenty of choice, the quiche and tomatoes were very tasty.
The free refreshments available from 2pm onwards each day was a fantastic bonus, after walking around the city all day it was nice to chill in the hotel with a free cup of coffee and a delicious slice of frangipane tart.
The hotel staff were very accomodating, even phoning several restaurants to book a table for us on our request (unfortunately due to the bank holidays none were open!), they also booked us a taxi to the airport on our departure.
The service, location and general quality of the hotel made this first time visit to Paris an absolute pleasure for us both. We will, no doubt, return.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 502 on the 5th floor overlooking the courtyard (as requested prior to arriving). This room was a very decent size with a queen bed and was very quiet even with the window wide open.

We had a great time staying at the Hotel Joyce. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was lovely, very befitting of its location in a quaint neighbourhood of Paris - peaceful but still very convenient. And the room was so comfortable! It's not huge but had everything we needed and the bed was supremely comfortable. Wished we had stayed there for longer. Hope we'll be back soon!
