Our room on the 5th floor had more than enough space for 2 people. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping maintained the rooms well daily. The hotel was quiet and we did not hear any noise from the streets on our neighbours. Samuel at the front desk was warm and welcoming and helped us book a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient.

Spent 4 nights at Joyce Hotel and enjoyed my stay. Their incredible staff is extremely helpful (helped making restaurant reservation and arranged airport shuttle bus for us). Location of the hotel is great. Short walk from Opera Garnier, Montmartre and Galeries Lafayette. Beds are comfy and clean. Breakfast was great as well. And free Wifi! Too bad I didn't get a chance to enjoy the free open bar (non alcoholic).

Highly recommended!!

We found this nice hotel to be very clean, friendly, charming and very comfortable. Been to Paris a few times and tried a few hotels. Must say that this is one place where we'd return to.
Price /product relation is very good and the location makes it even better. The staff spoke good English and made us feel welcome always. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was charming, comfortable, clean, modern and stylish, with wonderful service and amenities. The beds were amazingly comfortable . Rooms were quiet and peaceful, with charming decor, and were huge and very modern for Paris - especially the bathrooms! The desk staff was great and spoke impeccable English, and happily arranged a shuttle to the airport for us for a very low price.

Of note is the charming breakfast area/lounge - while we didn't take advantage of the breakfast (which comes with an additional charge), we greatly appreciated the free coffee, sodas and snacks available all afternoon and evening, as well as the nice place to sit.

When booking, I wasn't sure of the neighborhood because I generally prefer the Left Bank, but there was lots of great stuff within walking distance. Easy access to a metro stop and just a few minutes' walk from one of the best bakeries in Paris! (Arnaud Delmontel) You can also easily walk to Moulin Rouge, Galeries Lafayette and Opera Garnier.

Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This hotel is on a quiet street slightly to the north of the centre. We chose it because we could walk to it from Gare du Nord when we arrived on Eurostar from London.

Staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room was very pleasant with some nice, eclectic touches. Breakfast was a self service buffet, nothing outstanding but very good of its type. A funky feature in the dining area was that some of the seats were from old vehicles. Sounds odd but it worked.

Very reasonably priced. Also had a help yourself buffet in the afternoons with soft drinks and snacks available to residents free of charge. Can't think of any other hotel we have stayed in which offered this.

So all things considered this hotel punched way above its star rating. I would highly recommend it.
