The rooms were very clean and cosy. The staff was very helpful and sympathetic. Great coffe, with good options. Only the coffee room is to small. The location is also very good. The hotel is a couple blocks from a metro station.

Fast check-in with all the information I needed, very clean room with a very comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure. The room is small, but not super small. Location is pretty good, about a block away from a metro station and surrounded by bars, cafes and bakeries. Only problem is that the WiFi was pretty bad -- slow and unreliable.

I, my husband and my 19 month old baby spent 4 days in this hotel. The staff are very kind, polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean, comfy bed, clean fluffy towels everyday. We didn't serve breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know what to say anout it. The location is nice, close to buses, metro, supermarkets and places to eat. I would come back.

My husband and I stayed at the BLC Design Hotel from 20-22 November 2016, a month before our wedding and our last holiday for relaxation before all the crazy wedding planning! We could not have asked for a more perfect trip and a lot of this was due to the hotel and surrounding area.
When we arrived at the hotel we nearly missed it as it's not obvious from the outside - which we really liked as it truly was a boutique hotel and not manically busy. It was on a quiet side street and a short walk from lovely restaurants, bars and the metro.
Our room was of a good size and was impeccably clean. The whiteness of the room really meant it needed to be cleaned well and the hotel did not disappoint! The only slight downfall of the room was that the sink/shower are just separately from the room by a curtain which means the humidity can come into the room - which did mean we had to open the balcony door in order to clear the air in the room to do hair/make-up. This isn't a deal breaker for us though!
We did not have any food - including breakfast - at the hotel but we did buy from the small selection of drinks at Reception each night and the hotel provided champagne glasses for us so we could treat ourselves. The service provided by the staff - their attitude and general helpfulness - could not have been better.
On our last night the hotel made a few restaurant recommendations and we visited one restaurant just round the corner - it was fantastic. A great recommendation by the hotel team and so close by it meant we could stumble home late at night easily and quickly!
Thank you for a wonderful trip. We have visited Paris five times in the past five years and this has been by far the best hotel - and best region - we have ever stayed in.

The hotel is small but elegant in decoration, white and modern. The room was very clean, the location is okay and safe in the evening. Walking distance to the Bastille and also metro stops are close. The personnel is nice and helpful.
Room tip: rooms on higher floors have less noice from the street

if you are looking to find clean comfort within a multi-coloured Parisian arrondissement close to gare de Lyon and pere Lachaise , this is your place to be , the surroundings are full of small nice restaurants , and the hotel itself is located in a rather quiet place , well furnished , with simplicity and taste it offers the efficient service of designed comfort .
