What i liked:
-affordable, and is totally worth every penny.
-breakfast was nice for just 6 euros, you get one coffee at other places for 3 euros. There was 2-4 types of breads, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cornflakes.
-staff is very helpful and understand English well.
-there are many many restaurants nearby. In fact i saw a dominoes pizza guy delivering pizza in the hotel ;)
-room did smell, but we left windows open for 10 minutes and it was fine then.Room was big, we took double bed room with attached toilets and shower.
-Shower, toilet, bed sheets everything was very clean and tidy.
-There was TV with English news channel.
-basic things like soap, towel and glasses were available.
-i felt very secured, as there were security codes for lifts and rooms.
-there are lockers where you can keep your luggage after check out. Medium locker is for 3 euros for 24 hours and i loved it.

What i dint like:
Location- yes the hotel was easy 15 minute walk to station.

Overall- you cannot get better hotel for such little amount in Paris

I enjoyed my stay in this budget friendly hotel. We were a group of 73 students and 8 teachers. This time, unlike last time, we were able to have breakfast all together at the same time, which was helpful to stick to our planning. The rooms were clean and the beds nicely done. Next time we are doing a school trip to Paris, we will probably come back to this hotel. I loved the fact that you were able to walk to Montmartre. The hotel can be very busy or noisy sometimes, due to (other) groups of students arriving or leaving, but as we belong to that category, I have nothing to complain about.

All is Correct except one point (cleanliness) due of conception of bathroom (push-button of shampoo was extremly durty when you push on it). Price of parking is high too. Service is "cold" "unpersonal"

Stayed there on my 3rd trip to Paris. First at all, the hotel is located in the outskirts of Paris, an area you don’t want to be on the streets when it’s dark.
At check in staff was rude and constantly spoke in French, although she had a “English speaking” badge on her uniform. They asked for a deposit and refused to accept credit card for the deposit. I had to call the travel agent which arranged the booking and finally it was possible to use credit card for the deposit (sic!).
The front of the hotel is facing a noisy circus road, so bring ear plugs. Room was dated and used, no metro nearby. It was summer, no AC and the window opener and towels were missing. After complain I got towels and the send the security guy to open the window, but he took the window opener with him, so I had to call again for closing or sleep by open window.
The hotel is mainly catering to bus groups, so expect noisy hordes on the corridors till late night.
The buffet breakfast was not bad, but this it’s the only positive thing of this hotel. Considering the rate they ask, go elsewhere if you can! There a many similar priced hotels in much better locations.

Room Tip: try to get a room not facing the street!!!

We we're looking for somewhere cheap, basic and close to the metro line. We wanted a bed, shower and toilet which is what we got.
The staff were rude and not very welcoming. The hotel is a non smoking hotel, yet constantly smelt of smoke. The rooms were small, but neat. Nice big shower.

Its far from City, metro, Bus, Restaurants. there is one second hand bazaar, which will be terrible, not to walk alone at nights. Room and bed are ok. But staff is not helpful. They cannot speak English. if you allow them, they will try to not give the change and trouble you to get it.
