Hotel is in a good location, 15 minute metro ride to the centre of Paris and so very easy to get to and from. The road outside can be quite noisy however windows were double glazed and I brought ear plugs. The room was very hot and with the noise from outside we had to have the windows closed. No air conditioning in the room whatsoever!! Ensuite bathroom was adequate although the shower struggled to maintain hot water for longer then 10 minutes at a time. Room was a little run down but cleaned everyday while we were out.

It may just be because of Paris prices, but I still felt the room was overpriced (190Euro for 3 days) for what you get despite the location.

Ps. When visiting the sacre coeur nearby be very warey of the street sellers on the steps. They can get quite aggressive when trying to put a braclet on you and then demand you pay for it! Just keep repeating 'Non, merci' at them and dont stop whilst walking past seemed to do the trick.

Stayed in a double room for 3 nights.. Hotel staff was helpful ... Wifi was free but connection wasn't so great and at times it wouldn't accept the password that was given to me ....rooms were a decent size especially for the price we paid..same with the bathroom, the shower was pretty big... There was no a/c in the room so we had to crack the window open which made us hear everything outside. The safety deposit box in my room wasn't working...there were cafes and bars outside the hotel ..the location was pretty good it was near the sacre coeur.

Hotel Audran is right in the middle of the nice part of Montmartre close to the Sacre Coeur, as opposed to further down the hill by the red light district. It is also close to the Abbesse metro station, restaurants, traiteurs, supermarkets, etc.

The room was pretty clean and comfy, and the staff were very helpful. It was just as good as some of the better small hotels/inns, but the price was about 10-15% less, and the location was superior.

Located in a side street but only slightly off the main Montmatre hubbub of cafes and bars around 40 minutes walk from The Opera House in central Paris or 15 minute taxi ride (15euros max). Well kept pension type hotel offering breakfast (if required on site) or sit almost outside and watch the world go by from the quaint cafes. Excellent shower room freshly tiled (with lots of hot water and good pressure). Smallish room but clean and well kept. (Comfortable bed). A quiet stay although not cheap (but very reasonable for expensive Paris)! A definate recommendation for a budget type hotel in a pleasant area. Go to the Sacre Cour church up the hill for a fabulous view of the city and enjoy the pleasant cafe culture of Montmatre (a fab area of Paris). A definate return visit is planned! Enjoy.

1. They require you to pay up front.
2. Wifi connection was slow and u need to get a new password every day as well as a different password for each device.
3. The room smelled like smoke and I think it was coming from inside the hotel.
4. Very loud outside until about 1:30 am.
5. I might be an idiot but i couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC.
6. Not much of a lobby and no bathroom in Lobby.
7. The only positive was the great location.
