We are a family of 3 adults and 2 children from Singapore. I must say that the apartment looks exactly like what is in the website, modern and clean. Good size with a washing machine.

The location of this apartment is very near to all the shopping! Galleries Lafayette & Primtemps 2 mins walk. Chanel flagship rue cambon 5 mins walk. Hermes flagship 12 mins walk.

The train station that brings you to all the must sees and must dos is just round the corner.

Will definitely stay here again.

Visted Paris for 2 nights on 17th & 18th September for my 30th Birthday Celebration with my husband, baby daughter & mother.
Found the apartment on the internet as hotels were an expensive option due to the single suppliment charge. An apartment seemed the best option & Caumartin 64 was very reasonably priced and allowed us to stay just 2 nights which was great as alot of other places had a minimum 3 night stay.
The apartment was easy to find in the centre of Opera District of Paris. Lots of restaurants, shops & taxi/metro access right on the door step. The open bus tour ticket office was 2 minutes walk - would reccommend this tour as we saw all the sights from the top of an open bus.
I found Daniel very helpful in the running up to the trip as I asked several questions on email. On arrival we had to call Mr Georgio who met up at the agreed time outside the apartment.
The apartment was clean, light, attractive, good sized & equiped with all mod cons including tv, dvd player, cd player, washing machine, microwave etc.
We were all very pleased with the faciltiies & it worked perfectly for us as my mum had the bedroom and my husband, daughter & I shared the large lounge & sofa bed. Daniel had arranged for us to have the cot bed free of charge.
The good kitchen facilities enabled us to have breakfast in the apartment as we bought fresh croissants & bread from the supermarket down the road. My only dissapointment was that the toaster didnt work but a very minor issue.
Overall very very pleased with this apartment and will reccomend to anyone going to Paris - a great find!

Stayed in Apartment 44 with my wife and two kids (16 year old boy, 13 year old girl). They provided a nice rollaway for my daughter, and we were all comfortable. Pedestrian street is great, and didn't have any trouble with noise. Free wi-fi was HUGE. Metro stop very close by, and many dining options. Look for the Mono Prix grocery store to the left down the street and down the escalator. You can save some $$ there, as dining in Paris adds up really, really fast (believe me). Very clean, and has everything you need. Will definitely stay here again.

Our group rented 3 apartments for 4 nights. It was clean, safe and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. A/C worked great!! A big bonus in Paris where most apartments do not have A/C. Our greeter, Daniel, was very prompt and courteous, helping us with our luggage and showing us all the amenities. This apartment is close to several metro stops making it easy to get around Paris very quickly and economically. The Au Printemps shopping area is right down the street and there is a great shopping area/mall right across the street. The rue de Caumartin is a pedestrian street during the day so if this is your first time staying here, the taxi will drop you off at the corner. The door to 64 is blue-gray and is right across the street from a nice cafe and a McDonalds. (Don't be put off by this...if you've been traveling a while, the kids will love a taste from home--although I refuse to eat at McDonalds in any country). As a group of all females, we felt very safe staying here and would stay again on future trips to Paris.

On our final leg of our western Europe trip we stayed in the caumartin 64 apartment. It was a 1 bedroom apartment, clean comfortable and very convenient. You get free WiFi, sat TV and we had a small balcony.

This place is centrally located and very close to the metro station. Because we drove to Paris, we needed to garage the vehicle. Thanks to landlords help we managed to get a special rate for our 3 day stay in Paris. Was very nice of him.

Right next to the apartment is also a supermarket that has a large selection of groceries and we enjoyed the steaks we purchased very much!! Also, buying LV, Chanel, CD is so convenient becoz they are right next to the apartment. Truly fantastic.

Highly recommended.

What a great place to stay while in Paris! We were there for four nights and had two connecting rooms. The apartments were fully furnished and equipped. It might feel a bit cramped for people who like to spread out, but this is Paris where space is premium, so as long as you keep your stuff contained, it is more than fine. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband, though I had no troubles, so we switched to the sofa bed and for him that was the most comfortable sofa bed he had ever slept on. He also had no problem with the shower. I keep mentioning him because he is 6'3" and larger travelers might like to know how it would be for them!

We had no problem with noise. Hardly heard any of our neighbors and you only hear outside noise if you open the balcony and as you are on the 4th floor, it is more like white noise. We always felt safe in the area, even out at night with our tween children and teen niece.

If you like shopping, the location can't be beat. You are right in the midst of it all, from fancy department stores like Printemps and Gallery La Fayettle- it has an incredible food court in the lower level, to stores like the GAP and H&M. There is also a supermarket on the next block, but it is easy to miss as you have to go down some stairs to a lower level. We were able to walk to a lot of places like the Place de Concord, the Tuileries, the Louvre and even as far as the Centre Pompidou. If you prefer to ride though, there are many metro stations nearby. Very convenient if you are arriving on the Eurostar as it is only one RER stop from Gare du Nord and half a block away once you exit the station.

I found Daniel to be incredibly nice and accommodating. He was there to meet us when we arrived and let us keep our luggage in our second room until our train left in the evening.

I have spent some days in Caumartin Appart #43 with my husband and 2 kids. The apartment is very cosy, clean and comfortable. Good location for shopping. Very nice place to stay if you want to discover Paris having the feeling you are sleeping at home.
There is a tube station and a taxi stop next to the apartment.
Also a supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Do not hesitate ! One of the best place where stay in Paris.
