Although new and modern, Hotel le Petit Paris combines genuine Parisian charm with international standards to an extremely affordable price. Superior room for a mere 200 euros must be considered a bargain in the pricy capitol of France, and the hyper efficient, English-speaking and friendly staff is a treat. Good location next to the Jardin Luxembourg. Design furniture, bar of honesty, quiet in one-way street, and nice baths and beds. We'll be back, for sure.

Le Petit Paris is my regular place to stay when I am spending a long week-end in Paris. Everything is done to feel like at home: it is a boutique hotel ideally situated between Jardins du Luxembourg and Pantheon. The staff is very helpful and provides good tips, the room are personalized and cosy.

We stayed in the four person suite (three of us) and while it was quite small for a suite, it had everything we needed and was wonderfully quiet with a separate entrance across the courtyard. Excellent sparkling bathroom, very comfortable bed (and sofa bed), adequate cupboard and hanging space. 15 Euros may seem a lot for breakfast but it's a good breakfast with rolls, meat, cheese, pastries, juice, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast and unlimited coffee. The Nespresso machine, tea, water and Madaleines for the rest of the day is a very welcome touch as is the honesty bar in the evenings. The lounge area is small but nicely stocked with magazines and newspapers. In fact, it's all compact and very well done, never feeling crowded. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The location is good if you want to be on the Left Bank but if you are planning to be mainly on the Right Bank, then the last 15 minutes walk up rue St Jacques after a long day can seem too far - though both Regis and Dalloyau are close by and tempting with their wonderful cakes. The nearest metro stop, Luxembourg, is great for arriving at the hotel as it's on the RER B line which serves both Gare du Nord and CDG Airport.

For our spring holiday week in Paris we searched a small, cozy, quality hotel around the Latin Quarter, our favorite part of Paris. The profile of Hotel Petit Paris appealed to us, art and design lovers and frequent travelers who prefer hotels with personality. We were definitely not disappointed. The location is superb on a narrow street full of Parisian life, short walk to Luxembourg Gardens and Palace, Pantheon, Sorbonne, Cluny Museum, Boulevard St. Germain and Boulevard St.Michel, Rue Mouffetard and beyond. The airport RER train stops at Luxembourg station, five minute walk to the hotel. There are only 20 rooms, all personally decorated in five different historical styles. We stayed in the bold red Seventies room on the third floor with windows to the inner yard (see the pictures on the hotel website). Wonderfully silent, no noise from the courtyard, or the lift just outside our room. Comfortable, delightfully decorated (even if 70s is not our favorite decade ;), smallish like the Paris hotel rooms often are, with a wonderful bathroom with bath, excellent shower, L´Occitane toiletries, and fabulous starry lights on the ceiling! Only few details to complain about: the cupboard space for two for a week was a little scarce, and the elegant bedside lamps are hopeless for reading in bed. Breakfast is provided in the hotel but we rather chose to go to nearby cafes around Sorbonne, Pantheon or Luxembourg Gardens (try Rostand or Dallaoyu) for our petit dejeuner. The service was friendly and very helpful, in French and in English, we got useful advice on restaurants etc. We appreciated the afternoon tea in the elegant lobby with Madeleines and the honesty bar in the evenings. Yes, rather pricey, but value for money. We would definitely like to come back.

Room Tip: Ask a room to the courtyard - may be traffic noise on the street side. Ask if rooms with different d...

If you were to walk down rue Saint Jacques you could easily miss this hotel from the outside as it only has a small doorway but inside it stretches far back. The decor is very chic and modern and nothing is out of place. The rooms are quite small and compact but very comfortable and you definitely don't feel that they are small. The shower was amazing! There is no bath but the rainfall shower makes up for it. Afternoon tea is served daily which is included in the hotel price and you help yourself. The hotel itself is tucked away in the Latin Quarter and you can easily get around by the Metro. Its reasonably expensive but for Paris that's not out of the normal and its worth the money. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and also very helpful. We would stay here again.

I recently spent 3 nights at Hotel Le Petit Paris which I booked based on previous Trip Advisor reviews. The hotel is amazing, the location fantastic and the staff are lovely. The hotel is well located in the Latin Quarter. It only took a few minutes to walk to the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and I was not left disappointed by my 3rd floor room. After spending most of the day out and about in Paris, it was nice to come back to the hotel and have a coffee in the lobby (coffee, tea and some afternoon tea is complimentary). I would like to thank the staff for their exceptional professionalism and customer service. In particular, Karim and Alexandra. I cannot wait to visit again with my family!

We have just returned home from a fantastic weekend in Paris staying at the 'Hotel Le Petit Paris' and did not want to leave! We would like to thank all the staff, especially Alex, for all their hard work and making our trip so special.
The Petit Paris is a great hotel which is very well situated, being just a short walk from the Notre Dame and surrounded by lively bars and pleasant quiet restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Petit Paris to family & friends and we guarantee a revisit.
Thanks you.
JC & Jo
