Hoteli nice and clean, two minutes from metro nd next to monoprix supermarket where you can buy allyour staff. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids in junior suite and it was nice and adequte, good sleep small kitchenette to prepare breakfast. The only drawback is that it is away from attractions so you have to tke the metro to see anything. Idealfor smallfamilies who need goos sleep with moderate price.

Room Tip: If you are a family and need quite lace to rest in addition to quick link with metro to attractions...

Our suite was two floors with the bedroom on the lower floor. My husband liked it; I did not. As other reviewers said you didn't feel like you were in Paris. On the plus side the neighborhood was quiet and safe, the breakfast was good, and the hotel conveniently situated less than 100 meters from the RER C station.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights - unfortunately really out of the way! You do not get the true feeling of Paris there. When we asked hotel staff for info on restaurants in the area and if the hotel had a map of the area (as most hotels have!), we were brushed off. Luckily we had been to Paris many times before and we speak French, so we were able to find our way to the metro station on our own and to find a grocery store. We had booked this type of room hoping to eat there occasionally - apartment hotel. The room was very tiny, (although modern) and you had only the bed to sit on. If you wanted to eat a light meal, there was a tiny kitchen - however no dishcloths or tea towels or dish soap - difficult to keep a place tidy. Housekeeping service was inconsistent - sometimes only 1 towel, some days - no soap or toilet paper. And wi-fi (which had been promised) was only available in the lobby and the signal was often lost. The hotel itself was clean, however, due to the poor service we would not recommend it, especially for first-time visitors to Paris. Paris is amazing to visit - and you would be missing out on the experience!

A mile away from Disneyland, this hotel is perfect for families visiting Disneyland and doing serious shopping in the adjacent Val d'Europe huge mall and outlet mall for value fashion brands. The rooms are quite and comfortable for a good night sleep . The hotel provides very frequent free shuttle service to Disneyland and iVal d'Europe mall. If you have your own car, which I recommend, you can easily get to the centre of Paris in less than 1/2 hour. Auchan, the huge hypermarket is also in the Val d'Europe mall where you can fill your fridge and do your own cooking. Therefore with this value for money, I recommend this hotel if you and family prefer to be away from the busy and notorious centre of Paris . One thing I didn't like is the lack of concierge service to carry your bag, so we had to use the available trolley to transfer our bags.

Paris is notorious for the dearth of 3-star hotels in which it's possible to get a good night's sleep. This business-oriented hotel is clean, offers comfortable beds, includes a modest breakfast, and is situated right by a metro stop (Biblioteque Francois Mitterand). If you're looking for character, this is not the place for you, but don't underestimate a small but well-conceived space, complete with refrigerator and kitchenette. The neighborhood is both representative of the renovation of the 13th arrondissement, the most ambitious project in modern Paris, and the kind of lives led by Parisians who cannot afford the glamour of the more central districts. There's a Monoprix (French Target) on the same street, Ave. de France, for your groceries and affordable clothing. (My friends love baby gifts from Monoprix, French style at reasonable prices.)

Room Tip: Better to ask for an "interior", not street-side room.
