We were in Paris for our honeymoon for 5 days and tried a lot of different French food. We rate this as one of the best, The Couscous was great and they have a homemade hot sauce...wonderful! Also they make their own backlava type desert which was great. They speak engiish and were very nice...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The atmosphere is great and certainly offers a change from the other types of restaurants.
The service is great, very attentive, ad Jafaar the owners contentiously roams around to make sure everything is as expected.

Value for money is excellent, at least for Paris and for the neighborhood.
Food is really terrific, if you are new to this cuisine, don't be too scared to experiment, tasty treat!

During a rainy Parisian night, we were on a desperate quest for a couscous when a voiturier told us to try Chez Jaafar. The rain was quickly forgotten as we ate a wonderful and tasty couscous at this small and welcoming Tunisian restaurant. The owners are sweet and smiling, the atmosphere welcoming and the food amazing.
