Was in Paris recently for a few days and Time Out Paris directed us here and what a little gem.Classic corner bistro with a very relaxed atmosphere and some nice lounge music playing in background. Staff were friendly and accomadating given that 2 of us had pretty mediocre french.
We ate from the weekday lunch menu with 2 courses for 12.95 which is good value. Starters were very tasty, well portioned and the bread was magnificient as expected in France. Had a carafe of house white wine to accompany which was good also.
Mains were lentil stew with beef, chicken and vegetables and a caesar salad. The food is simple, well cooked and served with a smile. We shared a dessert of mousse between three of us and all had several coffees to finish off the meal. All in al we were there for 3 hours and savoured a wonderful dejeuner..
