We were wandering up Rue Mouffetard enjoying looking at all the shops, when we stumbled upon this place when we were needing something to fuel our continued wandering. Nico greeted us with a big smile, and his crepes are absolutely fantastic! Great food, great prices and a super guy. This is a spot for some great crepes. We only got a chance to try the savory ones, we will be back for some sweet crepes on our next trip.

After a long five minute stroll from our hotel we stumbled across this lovely panini shop. We where quickly invited in by a lovely man. There was a wide range of panini’s and Crepes on offer and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Chez Nicos for a great pit stop on your Paris travels. Although there was a slight language barrier our lovely gentleman went out of his way to give the best deal panini, crepe and drink. Even when we where full he wrapped up our food to takeaway. He made our visit

We were wandering the area, which is quite cute and full of gastronomic delights, but at this time many were closed and others we weren’t interested in, so decided a hot sandwich would fill the gap til dinner. Had the Sicilian and the Greek, total 7.5€, with entertainment in the form of the 2 gentlemen proprietors, who have clearly worked together a long time, bantering back and forth. Is it haute cuisine? Of course not, but it hit the spot. Bonus, free wifi.

Getting straight to the point, this was some of the most unfriendly and disinterested service I have experienced anywhere. The gentleman could not be bothered to hand us the coffees or baguette whist we were sat 2 m away from the counter and could barely muster a grunt indicating our food/ drinks were ready. Food was ok I guess.
