“This is not called crepes a go go ”
Reviewed August 20, 2013 via mobile

We ate here today, but it is called different than trip advisor says it is called. La Crêpery or something like that. Took a special crêpe with apple and caramel sauce and tasted great. Service was fast and pretty friendly. The drinks are quite expensive but if you take an espresso you'll lower your costs reasonably, because they are half the price of a normal drink.

“relaxation and good food”
Reviewed July 20, 2013 via mobile

Perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine and a French spécialité in the Parthenon shadow
The service was a bit rusty, probably because "La creperie" was quite full

“More than just dessert”
Reviewed June 2, 2013

La Creperie (Gogo is gone from the name) makes wonderful whole wheat crepes. To Americans, crepes bring dessert to mind, and reviews of this restaurant often center on the marvelous dessert crepes. But this place near the Pantheon offers a long list of dinner crepes based on foods of about two dozen countries. The two of us made a filling dinner out of one dinner crepe each (Grecque -feta, olives etc, and Indian -curry) and one Tatin (cooked apples, ice cream & caramel). Seating was easy at 7 on Friday, and we started with a demi-piche of good house red wine. Great people-watching from outdoor curbside tables and inside tables (looking through the view windows).. Good service and quite reasonable prices.

“Artisnal (Breton) crepes, friendly staff”
Reviewed June 1, 2013

Mrs. Emptynesters ate here with her posse in the early part of the week before I arrived and they enjoyed the crepes and atmosphere so well they brought me on our last night in Paris (I'd arrived only the day before).

Crepes a Gogo, located in the Latin Quarter in the Sorbonne area, has what I'd class as a danish modern interior (but really modern, not mid-Century), with decent seating and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Interestingly, to me anyway, they serve a type of regionally (Breton, I think) historical buckwheat crepe. The crepes are all savories (for the meal) and our group rated them as delicious without being overly filling. We all chose different crepes (some buckwheat, some regular flour) and fillings and all looked wonderful. I had a buckwheat, ham, and cheese version with a salad that was very enjoyable. I finished (sharing with Mrs. Emptynesters and the Daughter) a nice dessert crepe with a bitter chocolate sauce.

The waiter was kind enough to keep our water carafe filled (a number of trips there!) and helped refine our selections, despite our almost single-language abilities.

BTW they seem to have a full bar and the pression (tap) beer selection was decent and enjoyable. You can't go wrong with a pression Kronenbourg 1664 while in France!

If you're near the area this one is a definite stop. While the staff could easily work with tourists, the clientele appeared to be primarily actual local French people with a number of regulars, which I view as a very positive indicator that we picked the right place.

Crepes a Gogo did appear to fill up quickly at dinner time, so consider arriving early, especially if you've get a larger group. We had 5 which was a little challenging during the evening rush. I think they have outdoor seating, but we were there on a cool, wet, Sunday evening.

“Decadent Crepes”
Reviewed May 29, 2013

While visiting the Pantheon we were caught in a downpour at lunch time. We ducked into this restaurant and ordered dessert crepes. I had the crepe with Nutella and Banana. My sister has banana and chocolate. Delicious.
