“Stands out among others”
Reviewed March 13, 2014 via mobile

We sampled 7 or 8 chocolates including dark chocolates with jasmine, lemon, lime, basil, peppermint and coffee and found our favourites. The chocolates are fine and delicate and not to be missed by foodies.

“Worth a Visit Even Only for Chocolate Statues”
Reviewed January 23, 2014

I went their branch in Place de la Madeleine. You can see this chocolate gorilla statue in this branch's showcase. Prices are high like other chocolatiers in Paris. If you curious about chocolate you are in right place. They have different chocolate bars each of them made with different cocoas. Like Equador, Ivory Coast or Tanzania. It is a great experience. The price of the bars are 7€.

“Roger Patrick Chocolatier - Nice chocolates, worthy trying.”
Reviewed January 2, 2014

We visited Roger Patrick Chocolatier shop on Blvd. St. Germain recently. While we didn't find anything that we were in love with, we did enjoy trying their delicate chocolates. They were bit higher priced than other nearby chocolatiers, but service is very good here, the shop it tidy and well laid out and the chocolates are pretty good.

Roger Patrick is a nicely arranged shop with plenty of prepackaged boxes of chocolates and other sweets to choose from. There were a few seasonal chocolate creations (Christmas trees) when we visited as well. You can select individual pieces of chocolates for purchase (per gram) and staff speak English and can explain the various individual chocolate pieces.

During our visit, we tried 10-12 of the individual pieces as well as the chocolate truffles Everything was quite good but we preferred the chocolates sampled from nearby Maison Georges Larnicol a bit more. Packaging of the Roger Patrick chocolates was very nice. Their products would make a nice gift for friends and family.

“Irresistibly yummy chocolates”
Reviewed December 23, 2013

The moment we entered the Patrick Roger’s chocolate boutique, we are surrounded by the great aroma and great flavor. His chocolate boutique is filled with abundant selection of ultra-fine chocolates, flavored with everything, from vivid lime to orange flower water to pistachio. All the chocolates have its own temptation to pop-up into your mouth. Taste and aroma of each chocolate is irresistible.
Roger has the gift of intensity in color and texture, and creativity in flavor combination. Taste in each bite of chocolate offers satisfaction, delight, interest and right amount of challenge. His perfectly made caramelized bits of almonds coated chocolate is the one chocolate, you can’t afford to miss to taste.
