Hotels in Paris are expensiv. But Petit Belloy gives Yoe the best value for the price. If You dont need breakfest ,if yoy dont need an elevator where you find place , when you want to sleep in aroom with 6 different corners, ifyou like TV without ONE german Channel, then come here.
It is clean, the bathroom is clean, and also the bed. What do you want more ?

Rooms were very Clean! Staff was friendly and so helpful, especially Mohammed. Always so pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there very much. It was in a great location. Walking distance to great shops, cafes, restaurants and sites. Had an elevator for luggage which was Great! We felt very comfortable and welcomed there.

We stayed at the petit belloy for 4 nights for a Girls' trip. Yes, the rooms are petit, but they are almost everywhere in Paris. The hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to many of the sites, and in a lovely neighbourhood. You can enjoy the happy hour across the street at the sister hotel. The petit belloy offers nespresso coffee in the lobby 24 hours, we used that daily. A 2 minute walk to monoprix for my daily fresh squeezed juice fix and many cafes and restaurants. The rooms are tidy, with newer amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms seemed brand new, water pressure and temperature were great. Yes, you hear noises outside at night, but "Parisian noise" and who's bothered by that, anyways? Oddly enough, the rooms seemed very soundproof, I didn't hear a peep from our neighbours. The best part of the hotel, however, is the staff, particularly Mohammed. What lovely, helpful people. It's almost as if you feel like you're staying in their home, they go out of their way to accommodate any needs you might have. Unbelievable service. Do not hesitate to stay here. And unless you plan on hanging out in your room while visiting the city of lights, the "petit" isn't an issue. Don't look elsewhere. It was the perfect place for us to rest and unwind after pounding the pavement for endless hours. Thank you, Mohammed and staff for making our stay so enjoyable!! We hope to return one day soon!

We stayed in the hotel in April 2017.
Pros: Hotel is at a very good location, close to attractions. Friendly staff.
Cons: very small room and bathrooms. Felt cramped.
If you are using the hotel just for a good night sleep, probably the place to stay.

I agree with you, that some of our rooms are quit tiny like the majority of Parisian hotels, but I confirm you that all our rooms don’t have the same dimensions. Moreover these rooms have a very nice view on Eiffel tower and Notre Dame de Paris.

The location is excellent, very close to the RER line from the airport, and central to see all the main sites in Paris. Staff were particularly friendly and very helpful, makes such a difference to your overall stay. The rooms are small but for the centre of Paris it provided everything we needed. You needed to be very careful when using the shower as the shower tray is shallow and has a curtain, so if the shower is on full, it can wet the bathroom floor. Breakfast was very good, with plenty variety and lovely staff keeping everything topped up. We had a room on floor 6 with views of the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur and Notre Dame. I would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself when next in Paris.

As you say we have rooms with exceptional views (to the left you can see the Eiffeil Tower, to the right you can see the Church of Notre Dame ) that are small but comfortable :-)
