“Good informal food”
Reviewed June 25, 2012

We were staying on Kleber, and passed Cafe Brassac at about 21:30 - very hungry!

The service was a little slow, but the food was very good for the reasonable price. The decor is quite funky, and its the sort of place I would go back to for the relaxed atmosphere.

“Cafe Brassac - trendy fun”
Reviewed April 18, 2012

Looking for a trendy cafe for lunch filled with locals and businessmen? Then the Cafe Brassac is the place. Located along the busy Kleber Street approximately 1/2 way between the Maritime Museum and the Arc de Triomphe, Cafe Brassac offers typical bistro fare at slightly upscale prices. Entrees run around €14-18 and desserts will set one back € 7-9. The menu offers a nice selection of meat from steak to hamburgers, salads, three types of fish, etc. In addition they usually offer one or two special entrees. The food is reasonably good, seasoned well, and are generously sized portions. Service was equally good and we appreciated the genuine attentiveness with an absence of arrogance. Though not inexpensive, the cafe is a nice place to see and be seen while enjoying reasonably good food away from the typical tourist traps.

“More a cafe/bar than a restaurant. But the food is OK”
Reviewed November 29, 2011

I needed to meet colleagues at 17h00, and Brassac suited, because it was open for tea/coffee drinks. We went on to eat. The food was fairly basic French cuisine, but nicely done. Service was OK; not always the quickest, but adequate.

Overall, we got out after dranks and a meal each for 4, for Euros 105. Fair value.
