“Warm ~ friendly~ delicious~”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

Our first night's dinner in Paris with a friend who lives there was perfect as we chose a vast selection from the menu...many appetizers, many entrees and 3 desserts topped by apple schnapps. Especially memorable was the grilled camembert with a cider/berry glaze...grilled duck, brilliant! Various fresh greens for salads were excellent. In 10 days , we enjoyed dinner there many times. Friends from Germany concurred as we dined there again and again. Service too...excellent.

“Good Meal, Good Service”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

The onion soup and the beef tartare were very good and so was the wine. Service was quick (for Paris) and the waitresses understood English (which saved me from trying to speak my atrocious French). Prices were also good for Paris.

“Great Place”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

We went to this restaurant from a recommendation from the Rick Steves 2010 Paris book. I was not let down... We had the French onion soup, it was good. Not great. We had the Escargot, which was amazing. We also had the filet of beef. I normally wouldnt order beef out, but we had had our fill of pasta and pizza in Italy that week. I ordered it "pink", which i like it more on the rare side. It came out perfect! I would go here again. also, rick steves said the house wine was fine, which is not normal for France. It was very drinkable.

“Off the Beaten Path, but no to be Missed!”
Reviewed October 9, 2012

Our recent 32nd anniversary trip to Paris, we were walking all over the city. We had climbed the Eiffel Tower and Walked the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, our final night in Paris and wanting to have a nice meal we actually stumbled into Le Bosquet. We are so glad we did! I had the steak and potatoes with the start of a caprese salad, my husband had the chicken. We had a lovely bottle of wine and dessert and the final bill was not out of the ball park. The waiter was great and very helpful and it was a nice warm French evening and we were able to sit outside in their covered dining area. One of our best vacation meals!

“Good dining experience”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

We dined here for lunch during a weekday and were pleased with the food, service, and location. Outdoor dining was available, but weather was not conducive to that, although some hardy folks (mostly smokers) took advantage of that option. We were seated immediately and service was attentive without being either sparse or smothering. Meals were wonderfully prepared (croque monsieur and chevre cheese salads) with excellent portions and reasonable price. Good selection of wines. Great location in the Rue Cler area to watch life on the avenue. Overall, would be happy to frequent again.
