“Lovely food, relaxed service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 6, 2013 via mobile

I found this via Trip Advisor and the reviews are right! We started with the veggie antipasti - aubergine, courgette, tomatoes, carrots (!) and buffalo mozzarella - very good. The pizza was absolutely delicious - thanks to the wood fired oven and tasty toppings. I had the tagliatelle with mushrooms, again, very good. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I will recommend Caffe Concerto, I just suggest they get a website even just with a map to avoid confusion with a uk restaurant chain of the same name...

“Good homemade Italian food, very friendly service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 3, 2013

A quaint little family run Italian restaurant. This is a no frills experience centered around the very welcoming Italian proprietor and his friendly staff. Food was very good and freshly made. We we offered a small sample of the wines before selecting our choice. Good sized food portions. Good place to visit if you are staying in the area (close to L'Opera) and want to have a break from expensive nights out in the top end eateries.

“Excellent Italian food in Paris”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2012

A surprising gem of a restaurant. Very small and simple place settings but nice atmosphere. Owner and chef were both accommodating and helpful in choosing the best fare. Risotto, gnocchi and tagliatelle all excellent as well as delicious desserts. Reasonable prices.

“Great for quick, quiet meal.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2012

I liked Caffe Concerto so much that I went there both nights in Paris. The food was very good Italian, the people were kind, and it was possible to get out of there without a 3-hour stay. (In fact, it was very efficient, which I appreciate greatly.)

Everything I had was excellent and the value was good for this central area of Paris. I must say that you can find better value some blocks away, once you get away from the bigger roads near the center, but then you have to take the time to get there after a long day.

Probably its biggest draw for most people is that it is next door to the Gramont Opera Hotel, which caters to English-speaking people. That is how I found it the first night, but not why I returned the second night!

“Fantastic Italian restaurant with a welcoming host.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 18, 2012

We happened upon this restaurant by chance. So glad we did!! The host was incredibly welcoming, and made us feel right at home at this small, intimate restaurant. Our 15 year old son ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which was delicious! I took the recommendation of the host, and had swordfish and pasta, which was not even on the menu, but something that the chef had made up, and was to die for. If you are looking for a quiet, reasonably-priced Italian restaurant with a wonderfully relaxed and happy atmosphere, this it's the place.
