After many disappointing eats around Paris even after going to highly rated restaurants from TA, my partner and I resigned ourselves that Paris is just not the destination for food.

We were looking for a place to eat nearby where we were staying and upon entry, was greeted with the friendliest smile from the host. He was multi-tasking hosting, taking orders, making entrees and desserts and giving bills. All this with a genuine smile intact with an approachable nature.

He helped explain the menu and all the items were reasonably priced. We went for the beef steak and the brochette of two fillings (lamb and chicken). The service was so efficient and before we knew it, our generous sized meals were in front of us. The steak was frilled perfectly as medium rare and one of the better steaks I have had since I landed in Paris (over 7 days ago) and it was tender and juicy. My partner found his selection of lamb and chicken to be delightfully flavoured.

This small and cosy restaurant is tucked away and parallel to Rue de Passy.

Highly recommended if you want a decent meal without the overpriced tourist menus. Such generous servings and the host is simply fantastic and personable. Welcomes you with open arms.

Invited by friends on a Saturday evening, this was my first time at this Greek Restaurant close to Metro La Muette. A small restaurant, we sat at the back close to the kitchen where we could see the Chef (an older lady)- it felt like a family restaurant with home cooking that you find very many in Greece. I was impressed by the Halloumi Cheese Tsaganaki as a starter followed by a good Moussaka. The service was excellent- a big smiling maitre that was kind and attentive assisted by a very nice french waitress. At a round table in the front of the restaurant was sitting a group of Greeks enjoying themselves which gave the place an even more genuine character. Prices were very reasonable for an expensive neighbourhood in the 16th Arrondissment.

This place is an amazing hidden jewel of the Muette area. The food is unbelievably delicious, and the owners are super friendly. The menu includes one of the best 'entrecôtes' available in the 16th Arr, and you can always ask for off-the-menu pastas like spicy pesto and carbonara. You will find a warm home-like environment.

This place is alway full at lunch time and most evenings too, and there is a very good reason for that.
Ir is a jewel of a restaurant and we go there all the time. I've taken family and friends there and everybody agrees. The food is delicious and there is a very good choice.
The decor is simple and the atmosphere is very pleasing.
The service is excellent, the owner is always pleasant.

Nice atmosphere, good food at a reasonable price. One reservation regarding the deserts: there is a wide choice of ice cream flavors but the quality is so and so. This is a small place, so it's advisable to book ahead.
