They have flat whites on their menu here. While there are various definitions of what a flat white is (the best being a doubt shot of espresso with 165ml of microfoamed fresh milk), what they sell is definitely not a flat white. Their flat white is basically a huge latte in a glass served too hot. A shot of espresso, a whole lot of milk (not micro-foam) and then a thin layer of foam. And the milk is not fresh; it is UHT, 'en brique'. Disgusting.
