For those who want to stay near the Eiffel Tower, the location of our Hotel is hard to beat, indeed.
Not only our location truly is great (very central and in one of the nicest areas of the city), but the view our rooms have to offer of the most well know Parisian symbol - the Eiffel Tower - is simply amazing.

La Comtesse Hotel Tour Eiffel **** is still, as we speak, a typical Paris hotel with a nice and intimate ambiance. Some room with supplement.

Early c/in we try to give the best service to our customer if you want also an early c/in option available online don't forget to book it ;)

As you said rooms are not so big but they are in the european standart so as in London or in the Us in New york,
we are closed to the famous Rue Cler is only one block away from us. But we also have numerous other major tourist attractions walking distance : The Eiffel Tower, Invalides Army Museum, Tomb of Napoleon, Rodin Museum, Champs Elysees.

For those willing to stay near the Eiffel Tower on your trip to Paris, the location of La Comtesse Hotel is hard to beat, indeed

Our location is fantastic - very near the center, surrounded by famous parks and spots in the nicest neighborhood in town. But furthermore, all our forty rooms have a view on emblematic Eiffel Tower of Paris, whether it's sideways or frontal, you need to make sure choose the balcony option and the right category!

The balcony option comes with a supplement :)

La Comtesse Hotel Tour Eiffel embodies the classic Parisian way of living, with cozy and intimate interiors. You will find everything you need to know about the hotel and its surroundings in the Room Directory online

Regarding meals, our Café La Comtesse is open from 7 am to 8:30, pm! Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch and early dinner!

Two options to choose between for the breakfast:
-Express Breakfast 9.00€
A hot beverage (coffee, tea, chocolate), a fresh juice, and three pastries, bread or cake from our delicious buffet.
-Buffet Breakfast 19.00€
Includes the entire buffet on self-service, with the option to eggs (scrambled, fried or omelette) with many toppings.
-Continental Breakfast in room 15 euros per person

We also have numerous major tourist attractions, walking distance… The Eiffel Tower, Invalides Army Museum, Tomb of Napoleon, Rodin Museum, Champs Elysees and our beloved Rue Cler and Rue de Rennes, full of the best shops and local restaurants.

What an interesting point of view :) i am so sorry for your pain ;)... but if Tripadvisor is a therapy for you I am Happy to help:)

So You came Saturday the 13 th of November at 12.30
(info : C/Out time is 12.00 for the guest and c/in is 3.pm)
You had booked the first room category of the hotel Baronne room. As soon as you arrived you asked for a Free Upgrade : Jean Michel told you we were sold out and there is no way for us but to be honest as a boutique hotel we never practice that as we are most of the time sold out you have what you booked.
Here in our hotel Comtesse thre front desk ask for a full prepayment for all the guest except for the one we prepaid their stay with booking or expedia so you were not aware cause you are a customer and you don't know the rules of the front desk please don't mention something that you don't know.
You have decided to wait at the front desk for your room.
You had you room for 14.00 so one hour before the original time of c/in : thank you Jean Michel (my front office manager working since more than 30 years in the hotel industry so i can say he is a real professional and a collaborator since the last 8 years) asked the maid your room in priority because he wanted to be nice for you.
You came back later at 4.30 because of a smell Jean Michel asked a house keeper to double checked this is normal you don't like that. Indeed there is the drain of the shower which was badly engaged and it has been fixed. sorry for that but the maid have to open it to remove the hair of the customer and they did not clip it properly. so it was fix and the file was closed.
But as you make a big drama at the front desk to Jean Michel, you said you wanted a full refund of your stay but still want to stay in the hotel !
As you have been very difficult and as we had a late cancellation Jean Michel offer you a free upgrade for two nights in a marquise room for two days.
Your Baronne room has been clean and sold to an other guest for the same day without any problems...

So thank you for sharing your pain with us but i wanted to answer you with a maximum of details for all the readers ;)
