I was with a Parisienne and was trying to travel on a budget, so he recommended this place as in his words it was 'one of his favourite Japanese restaurants' and 'well priced'. He recommended the Okonomiyaki, which is like a Japanese omelette (essentially imagine your standard noodle dish with all the vegetables/meat and spices, but replace the noodles with an omelette).
The set Okonomiyaki menu is 12 euros and comes with a miso soup and a small 'Japanese salad'. It was slightly sweeter than i expected but very tasty (i had the calamari one). I also tried one of the soba noodle dishes which was also nice.
I have seen a few people complain about the service but we had no problems (we must have asked for about 8 carafes of water as it was boiling outside and they were fine with that!)
So in summary, a very well priced, no thrills, unpretentious and reasonably tasty Japanese restaurant
