we went as it was close to our place there.
i know it is a well known place and people love it. it didnt really match our taste buds. i guess we are not used to authentic japanese tastes..

i would not go again (but i really think its a personal tast issue)

My family and i went hunting for this specifi restaurant as it was recommended by a friend. Very glad we did, it was amazing! It was cheap, had really good food and friendly staff. We even came back to have dinner there a second night in a row. Very pleased

It's near Operà and Louvre's museum. It's good. It's cheap and full of various type of menu (you HAVE to try Okonomiyaki) (metro stop: Les Pyramides)

i just had dinner here - highly recommended - very good japanese restaurant - good price/quality ratio. clean and airconditioned. recommend going before 8:30 pm - as we were leaving there was a line already. the set menus were good - had the teriyaki and my friend loved her soba noodles as well. would definitely come again.

I was with a Parisienne and was trying to travel on a budget, so he recommended this place as in his words it was 'one of his favourite Japanese restaurants' and 'well priced'. He recommended the Okonomiyaki, which is like a Japanese omelette (essentially imagine your standard noodle dish with all the vegetables/meat and spices, but replace the noodles with an omelette).
The set Okonomiyaki menu is 12 euros and comes with a miso soup and a small 'Japanese salad'. It was slightly sweeter than i expected but very tasty (i had the calamari one). I also tried one of the soba noodle dishes which was also nice.

I have seen a few people complain about the service but we had no problems (we must have asked for about 8 carafes of water as it was boiling outside and they were fine with that!)

So in summary, a very well priced, no thrills, unpretentious and reasonably tasty Japanese restaurant
