The hotel was situated in what we'd call 'true Paris'. Coming from the tourist area that day into the streets where the hotel was situated we could see this is where the 'real' people live and it was a good experience to see both sides of Paris. We couldn't fault the hotel or its staff. The rooms were just like it was depicted in the photographs and I had a better nights sleep there than I had expected for a city hotel. The bed was very comfortable and hotel had a pleasant ambiance. We really enjoyed breakfast, there was plenty of choice and it set us up for the busy day ahead that we had planned.
Overall, it was a welcomed sanctuary for us from the hustle and bustle of grand Paris.More
