I don't know about the hotel but the napoleon hotel restaurant is a find. We had a lovely evening back in July. We were given a table outside in this internal court. It was very atmospheric. The food ( we picked one of the menus instead of going for the a la carte option, I find that that's how you get best value in France) was excellent. A good selection of dishes, some of them more cutting edge than the others, a reasonably priced bottle of wine of very good quality. We also had aperitifs. Waiters were attentive without making you feel harassed, a talent in France where you get the right attitude of non servile and dignified attention from staff. Highly recommended. You will probably have to book especially in the summer.
