For me this is by far the best restaurant in Reims that I have been to and this is my second visit to Brasserie Flo. The food is excellent with ample but not over the top portions, tasting lovely and served to you with great efficiency. The service is very attentitive but not overbearing. The price is higher compared to most restaurants in Reims but it is still value for money for sure.

When it return to Reims next I will be visiting Brasserie Flo and strongly recommend that anyone else visiting Reims gives this restaurant a visit.

We arrived at Flo's as a group for a hen party, the staff were very friendly and accomodating, the language barrier can be quite difficult be we got there in the end. The food was fantastic, one friend had a communication error with the steak, she wanted rare but it kept coming out medium until we were both on the same page. The seafood platter was amazing, reallly glad I was able to try snails. They made a special cake for the bride to be and the prices were very good. We did'nt realise how grand it would be, but it is a very nice restaurant indeed. It got very busy (sign of a good restaurant) so I am glad we booked. We would like to say a big thankyou to all that served us.

Very nice interior. We eat gourmet meny at lunch with all trimmings. Food was good and service was ok. English language is no problem with some off the staff.

We paid 300 euros for 4 persons at three course dinners. I thought pricey for what we got since its more than bistro cost but about bistro standard with the big FLO name and lights. Coupes are comped at the start along with a bit of aubergine spread on croutons. then the real eating begins. the escalope de fois gras with spice bread, mango and apples is a tout de force but be careful if you have cholesterol issues. The riz de veaux comes soupy for some reason in huge chuncks whereas crispier bits were more what we had in mind. the sea bass grilled whole was also soupy which made it diifficult to eat as the bones were not readily seen. the 'soupy' sauce was of sliced black olives and some mashed potatoes accompanied.Dessert for the others were creme brulee and profiteroles.I needed the l'eau de vie just to try to help digest the foie gras. The best dish was the foie gras escaloped...but really alone and at lunch maybe the only way if you are really addicted. We did have a very nice bottle of red wine. The next door table had a HUGE Plateuaux de fruit de mer which included lobster and all manner of seafood. They were still picking away when we left after our long and enjoyable meal.

Dinner last night at the Flo with friends was enjoyable and relaxing. The ambiance is very pleasant in a grande maison with high ceilings and a sweeping staircase. The location is very convenient on the Place d'Erlon and the food and service are reliably excellent.

Our escalopes of foie gras with poached mangoes and apples which we all had to start was exquisite. Then our main courses ranged from a grilled sea bass to ris de veau to cod. Our desserts also were fine--profiteroles and creme brulee. All the dishes were well executed and perfectly satifying. The service was attentive and very friendly and solicitous. The portions were also hearty. We had coupes of champagne offered by the Maison to start, then a 2004 Guigal Cote Rotie and finished up with eau de vie digestives. All in all this is a good choice in Reims for solid, dependable food if you don't feel like splurging on Les Millenaires or Les Crayeres.
