“popular spot, mediocre food and service”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

This used to be L'Imprimerie, and it's at a convenient spot located just next to Porte Guillaume as you approach Dijon's centre ville.
All the dishes are around 15E plus, and it's okay. You are paying more for the ambiance than anything. A huge patio which is a bonus for the summer sun.

“Tasty food at a good price”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

Friendly service. Salmon in champagne sauce was excellent. The burgers were fresh and very tasty. The choice f wine was wide , we had the Argentinian Malbec which was delicious. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Situated right in the centre of the action.

“Good bistro with good food and very good service”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

I chose the bistro after having walked on and off the street. it's just next to the Gaumont cinemas. It's quite large, with a large terrace on the street. Inside it's stylish and very modern, but I was given a nice table on the terrace by one of the responsible waiters. Menu is quite varied with alongside the usual burgers and pizza's also some nice looking woks, salads, fish and meat / grills. They also have a selection of filled potatoes, which are prepared in the oven, and a nice selection of wines, champagnes.

I took one of those potatoes in combination with duck breast and forestière sauce. For me the potato could have stayed a bit longer in the oven but overall the dish tasted very good.

Although being a very buzzing place, the service was quick, food was well prepared and staff were very friendly. Nothing seemed to be a problem.

Prices are ok. I had a 3 course meal with a few drinks and paid around 50 euro.
It's well worth considering.

“Good food, great service.”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

My husband and I ate here on the last night of our holiday. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from in Reims but L'edito was near our hotel and the menu is very varied. We decided to sit inside as it was getting a little chilly. The interior is typically modern bistro and very pleasant. Our waiter, Thomas, spoke little english and we speak little french but he made a real effort to help us and put us at ease. He was very attentive and charming. I had the pan fried scallops with rice. Delicious. My husband the Pork medallion. Equally delicious. The deserts were also lovely but be warned the XXL Profiteroles are three very large choux buns, filled with ice cream, covered in chocolate sauce with whipped cream, chocolate sticks and fruit. Great to share though.
