Took the 11am tour , a group of 10 of so a good size, tour took just under 90 minutes and given we both love Champagne this tour really opened our eyes to the initial way this brand was started to how Champagne is made. So many myths were buried during the tour and a big highlight was descending into the "Crayeres" to see the stored bottles and to feel the chalk walls. Our host was pleasant and informative and clearly loves working at this house. We finished off tasting the Grand Dame 2004 vintage - perfection.
