We stopped by for lunch with no reservation on a Saturday. It was full but we only had to wait about 10 min. We had the 3 course menu, I had quiche Lorraine for appetizer and Rabbit for main, both excellent. My wife had Escargot app with Salmon. The wine list was huge with over 100 types of champaign. Prices were decent and the service was top notch. Great place.

We had lunch here, and took both the SYMPA Menue for 19.50 Euro...
Food quality, taste and presentation were very good.
Service too...
We had quiche Lorraine, artichoke with escargots..., tender rabbit leg in a nice moustard sauce, veal head (incl. some white stuff) with a vinagrette.. etc...
Champagen recommedation from local small producer was graet too...

Near the centre in a quiet street, we were welcomed in spite of no booking and numbering 8 in the party. Great value 19 euro menu gave a good selection of local foods, well presented and efficiently served. The wine list - majoring on champagne was extensive, with some choices being attractively priced. A busy, well run establishment that is worth booking even on a Tuesday!

Excellent quality price ratio with very nicely priced champagne

We made reservations by internet and ended up arriving a bit late, unable to call but were kindly greeted and then led to the back room. I had a moment of dread that we would be neglected there but it turned out to be better than the front room, which was a bit crowded and cramped. The seating was a little blah and lacking charm (generic conference room type chairs—not uncomfortable though--and industrial carpeting) but they do try to create atmosphere with the champagne-related décor. Service was conscientious and prompt up through the main course. It was a Saturday night and they were quite busy and we weren’t in a rush so it was fine. They also let us know that we hadn’t been forgotten which is always appreciated. Three of us opted for the 19€ three course menu and I got the 25€ three course menu. Everything was nicely presented, competently prepared and tasted delicious. Starters included artichoke hearts and snails, seafood cassoulet, quiche Lorraine. Mains included Duck “au pinot noir”, Chicken supreme stuffed with foie gras, beef in red wine sauce and lapin à la moutarde, all served with potatoes (gratin, dauphinois and rissolées). Desserts were lovely: tarte tatin, poached pear and apple tarte. We had a bottle of Besserat de Bellefon Cuvée des Moines Brut for a mere 55€, not even 100% mark up! The wine list includes many local grower champagnes as well as the big names. The chef came out and greeted guests at all of the tables—a nice touch.
