We booked this restaurant via email a few weeks before and had to change our booking a few days before from the Friday to the Saturday, the restaurant was very accommodating and changed it for us, which I really appreciated as it was full on the Saturday that we dined there. The wine/champagne selection is amazing, they provide you with a massive book that you can just about hold! We had two courses each as none of the starters took our fancy and with a bottle of wine we paid 107 Euros. It did have a good atmosphere and the service was good. They have an open kiln in the actual restaurant where they finish off some of the dishes and above this are twelve containers running from January to December which contains used champagne corks, so you can see when they were the most busiest.
