We dined at the restaurant on a rainy Saturday evening. We were treated as favored guests even though it was our first experience at the restaurant and were seated in the main room at a window - very unusual for Americans to be treated with this much deference. The waitstaff was friendly, gracious, and very professional. I had the full menu; my partner had the one-course less option. Every course was creative, delicious tasting and finely plated. The pacing, even though the restaurant was full, was precise and timed for maximum diner enjoyment. Let me emphasize: we DINED, not ATE at this restaurant. If the reader does not know the difference in these terms, do not go here. It is Michelin-starred for a reason. If you think 81euro, or 69euro for food and service of this quality is excessive, go to a bistro. Superb liste; exceptional place.
