It's a really nice place, don't let the absurdly low rates scare you! We just stayed one night, in the cheapest room. Price/quality ratios simply don't get much better than this. We couldn't stay for breakfast so I can't really give my opinion about it, Luckily we did have the opportunity to meet the cheerful owner.

It was a nice room, decorated in a traditional french style which was lovely. We didn't really get to spend any time in the room other than just sleeping but it was nice and quiet and dark with the shutters down. Bed was comfy and we all slept well.

The owner was extremely friendly and accomodating and responded to all our requests immediately. There are also a couple of very cute little dogs running around and i normally hate dogs so these to be even bearable to me came as quite a surprise. But if you are allergic then maybe not so good!!!

Walking distance to the town was fine and Epernay was a nice little town for a stopover. Enjoyed it.

This is a great place to stay if you are in Epernay. The prices are much lower than a lot of other accommodations but it's a good place nonetheless.

The owner is a very friendly an helpful guy who is always in for a laugh. He also has Some very cute dogs walking around, helping the nice cosy atmosphere.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was very tasty (€7), lots of good tourism information received. And the location is fine as well. On the edge of the small city centre, so within 10 min walks of even the most distant champagne caves

We had a very positive 2 days stay at Villa Saint Pierre in Epernay, the house has a real touch and a history and the value for money is very good (quiet rooms, very fresh beds and yummy breakfast). Also it is ideally located at 5' walking distance from the center/tourist information. It's a family who now owns and runs the place (and also live there) and you can feel that they are very committed to it. Pierre is a very warm and welcoming person as well as very resourceful. He will give you lots of advices and insights about the city and the region: places to see, where to taste champagne, to eat etc. We also had a very good dinner on our first evening there. We would certainly go back there on our next trip to Champagne!

We spent two nights in Epernay and La Villa Saint Pierre is centrally located. You are walking distance to resturants and Champagne House Tours. Pierre the owner was very helpful with recommendations and reservations. If you are looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay in Epernay then I would stay at the La Villa Saint Pierre.
