Stayed for one night in a family room (2 adults and 2 children).
Great location near a lot of restaurants and everything else a shopping area can offer.
Room was small but ok for it's price. One of the kids beds is located above the parents beds.
Breakfast is nice and reasonably priced.
So bottom line, a very good option when you travel with kids and you are on a budget.

This hotel is part of a chain in France, and from the other ones I saw in other parts of France seem to be very similar to this property plus there are maybe a half a dozen other chains in France that operate in a similar manner, limited office hours, automated check in, small standardized rooms and limited facilities.

Had a three night stay booked here for the 27th to 30th April but I didn’t arrive until nearly 1 am on the 28th April 2010 and because my reservation was for the 27th April not sure if that caused the problem or not. At that time the office is closed and I knew it would be closed but I had a code which I was advised to use to gain access but it didn’t work. There was an intercom/buzzer for assistance but not sure if that connects to someone at the hotel or some head office call centre type situation. The man on the end was as helpful as he could be given the language difficulties and I eventually waited about 20 minutes or so until someone emerged from the hotel and got me checked in. There are no keys you just get a receipt with a 6 digit code which unlocks the main lobby door after hours and your room as well. So finally into the room and for the price 38.50 euros per night it isn’t bad.

Small, clean and functional. I am going to assume that the rooms are prefabricated as everything except a chair and stool are fixed. Has everything I need for a three night stay, comfortable but very firm bed, bathroom, good lighting and enough power points to charge all the stuff we now seem to have with us when we travel.

The room is small and there is no real place to store your luggage so it is just on the floor under the window that does open, but there is also air conditioning.
The small TV only has French and maybe German stations but not here to watch TV.

They advertised free internet and while this is true to access it you go onto the homepage that opens up and fill in a form, but you must have a mobile phone number as they SMS you a code to use, and on first morning I asked at the desk what can I do without a mobile number and there is nothing so the free internet requires just a little bit more than a laptop. I did buy a French SIM card which I intended to do for emergencies, and I guess if you have a foreign phone that works in France you may be ok with that.
Some noise from other rooms but nothing too bad. Once I got the internet workingh it did work well.

Overall good value for the money just be prepared as it is what it is nothing more just a place to sleep and shower.

The lobby has some vending machines selling chips and drinks and similar thing plus there was a microwave you can use to heat things up in. Parking was ok, they do seem to be able to cram a lot of cars in a small place but I had no problems the three nights I was there.

Don’t think this is a place you would want to stay at if you didn’t have a car, it is located out of the city centre on one of the major roads leading into the city and surrounded by light industry, fast food restaurants, car dealerships and hypermarket type shopping. Not sure about public transport into the city from the hotel as I had a car.

Oh and there is no lift so if stairs are a problem then this probably isn't the place for you as if you check in via the automated system I am not sure if you can pick what floor you want a room on.

Apart from the small problem at check in the hotel suited my needs, great for a short stay if you are going to be out all day sightseeing, but not a place you would want to spend a week or two at.
