Outstandingly welcoming and helpful management. We would not hesitate to book again if returning to Orleans. Breakfast quality also extremely good. Access to the hotel was a bit difficult due to ongoing refurbishment of the facade of the building.

This hotel is handy for the City centre which is a short walk away. The outside of the hotel isn't too pretty, it looks more like an office block. There is an underground car park, but to access this you need to park outside and go in and ask the receptionist to open the door to the car park, so this is fairly secure. To get to the road outside of the hotel you'll need to turn off of the main road outside of the hotel and turn off again onto the small side road that runs outside of the hotel. The rooms could do with a bit of modernisation and I didn't see any outside space. When booking I suggest that you ask for a room away from the lift, this is particularly noisy when its in use and could wake you up. So, in essence, more of a functional hotel than pretty. There is breakfast at the hotel but, when we stayed, there was no evening meal available.

People at the reception are very friendly and helpful. It is really close to everything. Walking distance to station, town centre or to walk to the banks of the Loire. Breakfast buffet is nice and is served on the first floor.
One little thing, the cleaners should clean toilet bowls thoroughly under the rim.

Will stay there again.

French:
Accueil sympa . Des gens tres agreables. Lhotel est bien situé, proche de la gare, du centre ville et du bord de la Loire. C faisable a pied.
Seul bemol la cuvette des toilletes qu'il faut vraiment nettoyer à fond.

J'y retournerai volontiers.
