The man behind the desk was very friendly and spoke very good English. Our car is a 7seater and couldn't fit in the underground carpark but there is meter street parking. Great location and we walked into the city centre to get dinner at a pizzeria. We had a family room which consisted of a double, single and bunk beds. There wasn't loads of space but the beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. we didn't have breakfast as we got back on the road early. Good hotel to stay in on the way to the South of France.

This hotel is on a very good location nearby the centre of Orelans. Walking it is only 15 minutes tot the most interesting part of the city. The entrance is complecated but the rooms are very wll furnisched and a fine bathroom. Possibility to park the car under the building for €18, Easy to drive in the garage but the receptionist of the hotel is a very good guide. Breakfast ok.

Despite the rather odd initial moments at this hotel, guests will find a comfortable place to stay within 4 minutes' walk from the train station and the tourist hub of Orléans. The hotel shares its entrance with a medical clinic, and when I arrived around 11 a.m. on a Saturday morning, there was no one at the front desk and the lobby was dark and locked, though there was a lot of foot traffic coming in and out of the clinic. No one answered the phone, but an e-mail was answered promptly. Once I checked in, the hotel was comfortable: the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and speaks fluent English. The room and bathroom (shower, very recently remodeled), on the fourth floor, was relatively spacious. There is wifi, but no air conditioning. Despite the presence of several families also staying on the floor, I heard no room-to-room noise. The street below my window was a major thoroughfare, but quiet on a July Saturday night (I had to sleep with the windows open). The hotel appears to be recently remodeled in a minimalist, stylish way~ the bed was extremely comfortable, and there was actually enough room to keep a small suitcase on a stand and still move easily about. There's a spacious desk/workspace and a spare plug~ again a rarity in 2-star French hotels. The view out of the window was lovely. I paid extra for the breakfast, which was varied and satisfying~ and a nice surprise was that there was plenty of seating in the dining room. There are several moderately priced places to eat nearby~ even for a middle-aged woman dining alone. Unlike other cities, the area around the train station is clean, full of a variety of people, and next door to a state-of-the-art huge mall. The Historic Old Town, with the Tourist Center, Cathedral, Museums and shops are all within a 15-minute walk. However, I do think that my reduced web-only on the hotel website was a bit pricey for a two-star hotel: I paid what I paid this month for a slightly tinier, centrally located two-star in Paris with air conditioning, free wifi, and sattelite TV.

Room Tip: I loved the view from my fourth-floor (French) street-side room.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. He guided us to and into the parking garage. Yes, it does look a bit spooky but parking was very spacious. And you can take the elevator back up to the hotel.
The room was functional. We need a 4 person room, and that is what is was. A double bed in the middle and 2 single beds on each side. Bathroom was very nice and clean.
The only downside was, and that is really just for this time of the year and the temperatures were just extremely high the day we stayed there, is that there was not ac in the room. When we entered the room is must have been at least 40 degrees Celsius in there. We opened all the windows and just left to go see the town. It is a short walk to the main square, not far at all. They were redoing the main square, so really right now it is not so nice. It is one big construction area.
By the time we got back to the room it had cooled off a bit, but still ac would have been nice.
The next morning we had breakfast, which is very reasonably priced. 9 Euros per adult and 5 Euros per child. Coffee was very good!

Overall we would definitely stay there again if we are on a trip to the south or back to the north.
The price of the room was not high, we paid 95 euros for 4 persons. 15 Euros for parking needs to be added. But if you know that upfront then it is not a problem.

We stayed two nights on our road-trip through France. The hotel has got a good central location, only 10 minutes from the old town and the town centre, and is located between 1-4 Floors of a tall building. We received a very friendly welcome on arrival and were given info with a town map on places where we can eat, sights worth seeing etc. We thought parking was private but it isn't, though there is a parking house two minutes down the road. It is right next to the train station however, so if you arrive by train, it's extremely convenient, and all the restaurants and bars are also only 10-15 minutes' walk away.
I read some reviews here and wondered if the other travellers realised what they booked in for - this is a two-star hotel, and I think it provides that. Indeed there is no fridge in the room, or tea/coffee making facilities but our room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, very clean, the service friendly and breakfast was also fine. We had some families with children staying on or floor and found out that the walls of rooms were quite thin. But other than that, I think the hotel does what it says on the tin - good location, good price and I think it's fine for a short stay to discover Orleans.

We chose this hotel partly because of the high trip advisor rating, which we do not understand. Our ratings are based on several factors primarily the quality of the facilities relative to the price. Sadly this hotel falls very short. No fridge, no coffee making facility in room, poor towels, no tissues in bathroom, no air-con. The parking charge is high at 15 euros per night. OK it's secure but access is difficult as you need the lift to be operated for you to get back down to your car, so don't forget anything! Breakfast is average for the price. On the positive side the rooms are reasonable side, and the staff are friendly. Will not use it again.

Stayed here for an overnight stop on a motorcycle tour. Ideally located with secure parking.Rooms are spacious, clean and have a good sized bathroom. Breakfast offers plenty of choice. The only downside was the small lift which was quite awkward with all your bike gear and panniers if on the 3rd or 4th floor. A tip for bikers-unload your stuff into the lobby before you park the bikes in the secure underground park.
