Au Chapeau Rouge is a classic, the nice thing about this place is, that thez really use local ingredients like goat cheese, poire tappées, aspergus and serve fish from the Loire. The meals, not inexpensive are very well cooked, the ambiance very "France Top Bistro" like and the service generally quite efficient. This restaurant is to be recommanded for everybody who likes to sample the real "Loire Valley" Cuisine.
