We ate outside on the covered terrace. Notwithstanding being outside the immediate sight of the serving staff, the service was charming and attentive and the meal well paced. The food was subtle but with plenty of flavour. We would most definitely have returned had it not been closed for the next two days. It felt like a special meal without the over formality and air of reverence that blights some places.
