Sometimes one is disappointed in these types of restaurant. Not in this case. We both had fish which was cooked perfectly. The amuse-gueule were very interesting as well as delicious. The perfect service was suitably formal, but not stiff. The wine waiter was especially helpful and pointed us to an excellent bottle of white burgundy at a (fairly) reasonable price. He also introduced us to a sweet wine to go with the soufflé which was itself a masterpiece. The table are well spaced out. The restaurant is attractively decorated. We felt totally at peace with the world after eating here and had to go for a stroll afterwards to aid the digestion.
