We ate here on a Saturday night, and went back on Sunday. There are better restaurants, but the food is good and on Sunday there are few places open. A plus for us was that our hotel was a block away. On Saturday we had been out touring Bourgogne and tasting wines and someone in our little group had mentioned boeuf Bourguignon, which made both my husband and me hungry for exactly that dish. So we looked at the menus of a few restaurants near our hotel (we didn't want to go very far as we had a fair walk from where we were dropped off). L'Epicerie & Cie serves a very good boeuf Bourguignon. It is served in what looks like an antique metal French workman's lunchbox, along with a bowl into which you can transfer it. The portions are sizable. We also ordered a raw vegetable salad that was presented as a tiny garden in a small wooden crate. I do not recall what we ordered on Sunday, but it was good. There is patio seating as well as indoor.
