This restaurant was recommended by our B & B hostess. After having eaten a large and truly delicious breakfast, we really didn't want a big lunch. We checked out the location around noon and returned a little over an hour later to partake of the 'Burgundy express' lunch- 2 courses, including bread, for 13 euros. This was a cheaper option than the other formules available ( and less food we hoped as well!). It consisted of veal with an absolutely delicious jus that you poured over yourself, some mushrooms and a side of mashed potato. That was followed by a sorbet of red berries - very refreshing. Service was very efficient, probably helped by the fact that it was getting close to the end of the lunch period. I imagine that it would be worthwhile trying any of the other options here- for lunch or dinner- as this is a truly professional establishment with quality food.

Accepting a recommendation from our hotel host we went to this restaurant and were told to come back. We were going to avoid it after this but went back because many places are closed on Monday. (Not always mentioned in travel guides). We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the food and service. An aperitif recommended by our waiter was delicious and the local wine recommended was superb. All in all a very nice meal and good service.

Unlike we read in some reviews, we were quite happy with the service.
The restaurant is right close to the market, so quite convenient to find if you are a tourist visiting the town. The place has a modern vibe, but can get a bit too noisy.
The food is good and I think portions were fair; I had the menu of the day with a fish for starter and pork and vegetables as main course; my boyfriend had the jambon persillé and the andouillette AAAAA. As written in other reviews, be careful if you order this, because it is basically a sausage full of tripes, but if you know what it is and like tripes, definitively go for it!

We enjoyed one of the lunch fixed menus here and had a delicious meal. The service was attentive and the atmosphere beside the busy market very interesting. The restaurant offered very good value for money.
