We stopped in this town on our way to the Alps for our first ever skiing holiday. I insisted on a break from a motorway stop. We went for this restaurant as it was the only one in our DK guide and as always their recommendation was tops even though the restaurant was nowhere near the top of tripadvisor reviews. Traditional French restaurant with wooden beams, lots of character and exposed cobble type walls and simple wooden furniture. The €15 ish dish of the day was the famous local Bresse chicken (1/4) roasted with mouth watering sauté potatoes (goose fat?) and salad. Their was 4 of us and when our meals came I choose leg over breast so maybe ask when ordering if you have a strong preference. Located in centre of town with car park nearby and good pedestrianised shopping. Highly recommend!
