I've dined in good and bad restaurants in France and this is about as bad as it gets. It's location ensures that it'll always be full but the food and whole experience is awful awful awful! There are so many good restaurants in Beaune, why risk risking even one bad meal? Moules mariniere was defrosted frozen mussels with NO shells in a sort of liquid. Grim! In fact it makes me feel ill even thinking about it. I'm pretty certain that the steak tartare was a de assembled raw beef burger. Ugh!
