We recently took the three hour Grand Cru tour with Safari Tours-Bacchus Tours. Our guide was Laurent. She was very knowledgeable of the vineyards near Beaune, and of the wine making process. We stopped at a lovely winery and tasted eight wines. We had a very enjoyable three hours with Laurent and two other people, in her comfortable van. Though we could have driven into the countryside ourselves, we would not have known anything about the history, the wines, or the process of wine making. It was definitely a great choice to spend an afternoon with Laurent. I suggest you ask for her when you book your tour.

Two hours with a big car and a nice woman as a guide who knows lot of things about wines and vineyards. We were inside the best names of great cru and premier cru of the south of Beaune and i learn lot of details and difference between excellent wines like Meursault, Pommard.... And we have seen the earth and the grapes of chardonnay. Finally we stop in the caves of a nice man who make an Auxey-Duresses. A great moment!
