A Wednesday evening supper and lunch the next day so two reviews in one..
This was half term school holiday so two adult and two boys (10 & 12), both occasions we were served by waiters who very quite eager to help us mix between English and French. So often diners give French waiters a hard time and say they are stuffy or arrogant, this pair were quite the opposite and a table of four American ladies at lunch described one as 'a sweetie' and charming - he really was quite helpful to them.
For dinner I had Entrecôte steak med rare which was pretty good, the boys both had beef bourguignon which was a first for them and they liked it. The good lady wife had steak hachette with snails to start whilst I had fois gras oh a nice bottle of red burgundy.
We all had puddings and the kids got lollipops both times - for lunch three of us had pizzas and one steak hachette again all good, in fact the pizza bases were very nice indeed. We had Belgium beers with lunch which is popular in France although quite expensive.
We were indoors in the evening and sat outside for lunch with the heaters on which is nice especially considering it's virtually November.
150 euros for dinner and 76 for lunch - I have used this place before and will do so again
