We found this restaurant in an area that is traditional, beautiful, but a bit too fond of heavy sauces and ... well, you know, the traditional French food, but not always cooked with great flair. We were looking for something different. We found a wonderful little place. We lucked into a table for two at 7:00... within minutes, the place began to fill and "reservé" signs were placed on tables.... It was a cold January night, and the place was warm and friendly, your dream of a place to fall into, really. All ages... families, friends, some at the bar and some for food...all happy to be there. The dish that night was pintade... and it was the best my husband had ever had (he gets it as often as he sees it). Because we had been overseas for awhile, I got the cheeseburger, with deep, rich meat (and I'd had my choice of cheese, including a local, that I tried and loved). Glasses of Bordeaux Superior, and lots of attentive and sweet service.
