We had eaten Galettes for the last two days so fancied something different. My daughters chicken burger was good. My sons omelette was less than average and my fish soup was disgusting. The service wasn’t very friendly. They muddled up the drinks order. They tried to over charge us on the bill, luckily I noticed.

and a lifesaver.
Having missed lunch on a surprisingly chilly early evening we were searching for somewhere open for an early dinner. Seeing someone inside this quirky looking restaurant we popped our heads in to ask what time they started serving and the smiling lady said;"Now if you like".
As a result we had perhaps the best, crispest and tastiest fish and chips we have ever eaten. Freshly cooked, hand cut chips, and homemade coleslaw and salsa. Delicious and wonderful value. The chef/proprietor was warm and friendly and the decor delightful. This is not just a creperie but a proper bistro and we cannot understand why it is not at the top of the ratings for restaurants in St Malo.

This cafe bar was just opening as we found it! We were made very welcome and the food was delicious! Tucked away within the city walls and had inside and outside eating areas. Dogs welcome too! Looking forward to going back there...

The place has a very cosy feel with a surprising mix of pots and cherry tree branches . We were served quickly and the crepes were delicious . I opted for the burger crepe! It was yummy. and the beurre sucre and the chocolate… You feel you can stay there trying all sorts of crepes for a very long time.
